


Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24-hours in advance or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
You will be charged 50% of the total service amount if the appointment is cancelled within 24-hours of the initial scheduled time.
If you do not call or do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service amount.
I ask that each guest shows up at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. I will allow a five-minute grace period after the start of any appointment. You will be charged $1.00 for each additional minute you are late after the five-minute grace period. After 30 minute, you will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged 100% of the service amount.
Late Policy:
If you are running late please text me at (336) 938-6414, so that I can be prepared. If you are running more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule. If you do not call or notify before the five-minute grace period is up, you will be charged $1.00 for each additional minute after the grace period. After 30 minutes you will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged 100% of the service amount.
